This recruitment is ideal for highly experienced B.E./B.Tech engineers and managers specializing in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Power Electronics, or Instrumentation. Candidates with substantial post-qualification experience (2-9 years depending on the role) in metro rail systems, railways, PSUs, or Government organizations are strongly preferred. A background in planning, technical specification, contract administration, and O&M of railway/metro systems is crucial. Preference is also given to candidates who have worked in Gujarat for at least three years and are conversant in Gujarati.

Fresh graduates or candidates with limited work experience (less than 2 years) will not be eligible. Individuals without specific engineering degrees or relevant experience in the specified domains (metro/railway/PSU) should not apply. Those unwilling to work on a contract/deputation basis or be posted anywhere in Gujarat will find these roles unsuitable.
