The aforementioned posts will be filled as per the Punjab Educational Service (School and Inspection) Group-B Rules, 2018, and amendments notified by the School Education Department, Punjab. The determined Pay Level/Scale is Rs. 35,400/-.

Candidates must apply online through the official website erd.punjab.gov.in. The application process involves the following steps:

1. Visit the official website erd.punjab.gov.in.
2. Click on the 'New Registration' link and fill in the required information. Once registered, the registration details cannot be updated or edited.
3. After registration, submit your application(s) online for the relevant subject(s) based on your discretion and eligibility.
4. Pay the applicable application fee online by clicking on the 'Application Fee' link.
5. After successful fee confirmation, take a printout of your Application Form and keep it safe for future reference. Do not send any documents by post to the office unless specifically requested.
6. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph (2.5x3.5 inches, 80% face visible including ears) and a postcard-sized photograph (4x6 inches, 80% face visible including ears), both with a white background, without cap and goggles. The photo must be clear, colorful, and bear the date of capture at the bottom.
7. Scan and upload thumb impressions of all fingers of both hands, along with scanned signatures, on a white paper.

Note: Ex-Servicemen (self) are exempted from fee payment only if they have been discharged from service before the completion of their tenure or on their own request. Dependents of Ex-Servicemen will be required to pay the prescribed fee.
