Lecturer Physics

The pay scale for the Lecturer Cadre (Group-B) posts under the School Education Department, Punjab, will be Rs. 35,400/-, as per the Gazetted Notification dated 12.06.2025.

1. Visit the official website: erd.punjab.gov.in
2. Candidates can apply for only one category. If multiple applications are submitted, only the first registration/application will be considered valid.
3. Register by clicking on 'New Registration' link and fill in the required details. Once registered, no updates or edits can be made to the registration information.
4. After registration, submit your application(s) online for the relevant subject(s) as per your discretion and eligibility.
5. Pay the application fee online through the 'Application Fee' link.
6. After fee confirmation, take a printout of your Application Form and keep it safe for future reference. No hard copy needs to be sent to the department via post.
7. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph (2.5x3.5 inches, 80% face visible, white background, no cap/goggles, with date of photo printed below) and scanned signatures/thumb impressions on a white paper.

The application fee structure is as follows:

• General and Other Categories: Rs. 2000/-
• Reserved Categories (SC/ST): Rs. 1000/-
• Ex-Servicemen (Self): No fee

Ex-servicemen (self) are exempt from fees only if they have not been discharged from service prematurely or on their own request. Dependents of ex-servicemen must pay the prescribed fee and provide a Lineal Descendent Certificate (LDC) during document scrutiny.
