Positions are offered on a 7th CPC scale of pay at an appropriate level (Pay Level 4 to Pay Level 8) or on a consolidated basis. For roles in Executive Education Programs and Career Development Services, additional performance-based incentives may apply. Eligible incumbents will also receive allowances as per IIM Visakhapatnam Policies, including Dearness Allowance, Medical Insurance, NPS Contribution (Employer), Medical Allowance, Telephone Allowance, Internet Broadband Allowance, and Annual Increments as per 7th CPC guidelines.

• Candidates will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.
• Ensure all information furnished is based on supporting documentation; incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
• Applications without photograph, signature, and relevant documents will be rejected.
• A physical copy of the application is NOT required to be submitted.
• Shortlisted candidates must submit self-attested photocopies of all certificates/documents (DOB, category, education, experience) along with originals for verification at the next stage. Failure to produce these will lead to disqualification.
