Counsellor & Junior Counsellor

This role is ideal for experienced counsellors holding a Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling) or Social Work (Medical & Psychiatric). Candidates should have proven experience in addressing academic, psychosocial, and emotional issues in students, ideally within an academic or residential campus setting. Those seeking contractual, temporary employment in a premier government institution will find this suitable.

Individuals seeking permanent government employment should not apply as these are purely contractual positions with no claim for absorption. Candidates lacking the specified Master's degree or the minimum required experience (5 years for Counsellor, 2 years for Junior Counsellor) are not suitable. Applicants exceeding the maximum age limits (35 for Junior Counsellor, 56 for Counsellor) as of June 29, 2026, will also be ineligible.
