Senior Project Associate I

This role is ideal for individuals holding a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Food, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering/Technology, coupled with 2-3 years of relevant Research and Development experience in industrial, academic, or scientific sectors. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively to remote villages for R&D activities aligned with the 'Smart Village' project objectives.

Individuals lacking the specified educational qualifications or the mandatory R&D experience should not apply. Those exceeding 40 years of age as of 30.07.2026 are also ineligible. Candidates seeking a permanent government position should note that this is a temporary, project-based contractual role with no provisions for regularization. Unwillingness to travel to remote locations for fieldwork makes this role unsuitable.

Working with CSIR-CFTRI, a national laboratory under CSIR, offers valuable experience and exposure to significant research projects, enhancing a candidate's profile in the scientific community.
