Senior Counsellor

This role is ideal for experienced women holding a Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience, ideally in addressing violence against women through government or non-government programs. Crucially, applicants must be residents of Erode District and capable of working in shifts for 24/7 service delivery.

Individuals who are not women or are not residents of Erode District are ineligible to apply. Those lacking a Master's degree in the specified fields or the mandatory two years of relevant experience, particularly in violence against women issues, should not consider this opportunity. Candidates seeking a role outside Erode or not prepared for shift work will find this unsuitable.
