Candidates holding a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication with at least 3 years of supervisor-level experience and proficiency in Marathi and Konkani will find this highly suitable.

Those lacking a relevant degree/diploma in journalism/mass communication, candidates with less than 3 years of executive-level media experience, or individuals without working knowledge of Konkani and Marathi should not apply.

Working under the Mormugao Port Authority (a major central port body) offers good industry recognition and public sector exposure. However, the role is purely contractual, with no direct claim to a permanent government position.
