  • Academic Qualifications and Experience in a CV format.
  • A Teaching Plan, detailing core courses from the IITM master list you can teach, objectives, and long-term interests in coursework development. If prior teaching experience, include student feedback, '3 best courses' profiles, and teaching-related awards.
  • A Research Plan, highlighting current and past research interests/achievements, future plans, and accomplishments with research scholars.
  • Reprints of your three best published papers, including a write-up on their context, technical contribution, and your specific contribution if collaborative.
  • Details of journal/conference papers (in reverse chronological order).
  • Awards, Patents, Prizes listing (nature, name, awarded by, year, patent details).
  • Research guidance (Ph.D./M.S. with formal guide/co-guide status) listing.
  • Role in and details of Sponsored Research & Consulting projects carried out.
  • Other Activities like Textbooks/Monographs, continuing education programs/conferences organized.
  • Important service roles played in the institute.
  • Scanned copies of key degree certificates and other relevant brief information on academic standing.
