Assistant, Upper Division Clerk & Lower Division Clerk

This opportunity is ideal for experienced administrative professionals currently serving in the ICAR system, other Central or State Government departments, Union Territories, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Candidates should be holding analogous posts or have significant regular service experience at lower administrative levels (e.g., 10 years as Pay Level-4 for Assistant, 8 years as LDC for UDC, or 3 years for LDC). Preference will be given to those already within the ICAR system.

This is a deputation-based recruitment, making it unsuitable for freshers or individuals not currently employed in government, semi-government, or PSU sectors. Applicants must be able to obtain and provide attested copies of their Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) and a no-disciplinary-proceedings certificate from their current employer. Unwillingness to accept placement at the bottom of the concerned cadre upon transfer is also a dealbreaker.
