• For Permanent Absorption Posts (IDA Pay Scale):
  • Manager (E3): Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000. Annual CTC approximately Rs. 18.42 lakhs.
  • Deputy Manager (E2): Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000. Annual CTC approximately Rs. 15.51 lakhs.

  In addition to Basic Pay, regular officers are entitled to Industrial DA, HRA (27% on Basic Pay), Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Reimbursement of Medical expenses for In-Patient treatment, Leave Encashment, Subsidized Lunch as per company policies/government regulations.

• For Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Basis (Consolidated Pay):
  • Project Superintendent (Technical): Rs. 1,85,000/- per month (Approx.)
  • Dy. Project Superintendent (Technical) – Delhi Region: Rs. 1,70,000/- per month (Approx.)
  • Dy. Project Officer (Technical/Civil/Design/HR/Safety/Fire Safety): Rs. 90,000/- per month (CTC Per Month – All Inclusive). An additional retention incentive of Rs. 2,500/- on CTC per year is provided till the closure of the contract.

  Consolidated pay also includes other statutory benefits. TA/DA/Conveyance for official travel outside Visakhapatnam will be paid as per HSL officer rates. Applicable leave benefits as per policy.

3. Read the advertisement carefully and verify eligibility.
4. Click on the respective link under "Apply Now" to start the online application.
5. The registration process includes three stages: Personal details, Educational details, and Payment details.
6. Upload all essential/mandatory self-attested documents during registration (SSC, Inter/Diploma/Degree/PG marks lists, Provisional Certificate, Date of Birth, Caste/PH Certificate, Experience certificates, recent salary certificate, NOC if applicable).
7. If you have experience, select “Experienced” from the dropdown; otherwise, select “Management Trainee”.
8. Use the SAVE option to avoid data loss. Before final submission, verify all filled data, as editing is not allowed once submitted.
9. Candidates who saved their application can SUBMIT it later using the Edit Application option before the deadline.
10. After successful submission, a confirmation message and an email with the Registration ID and a link to view the submitted application form will be sent.
11. Take a print-out of the filled Online Application for future reference.
