Job Analysis

AI-generated insights

Best-Fit Profile

This recruitment is ideal for Indian citizens who have completed their 10+2 (Intermediate) education, particularly those with a Science or Mathematics background, and are seeking a stable government job in Jharkhand. Candidates aged 18-35 (with relaxations up to 40 for reserved categories) are suitable. It's an excellent opportunity for freshers to enter state government service, offering various roles across health, investigation, and technical departments.

Important Considerations

Individuals who do not meet the minimum 10+2 educational qualification (especially in required streams like Science or Maths), exceed the maximum age limits without applicable relaxations, or are not permanent residents of Jharkhand (as reservation benefits are primarily for state residents) should not apply. Those looking for central government opportunities or high-level administrative roles may find the scope limited.

Career Impact

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) is a state government recruiting body, offering stable employment within various departments of the Jharkhand government. While these are intermediate-level (Group C) posts, they provide a strong foundation for a public service career, with opportunities for growth and benefits typical of state government employment. The roles contribute directly to the state's health, veterinary, fisheries, and planning sectors, offering a chance for direct impact within the state.
