This role is ideal for qualified candidates holding a Master's degree in an Arts subject (Odia, English, History, Political Science, Economics, Odia Optional) along with a B.Ed. degree. It particularly suits retired Government College/HSS teachers seeking temporary engagement up to 65 years of age, or fresh candidates looking to gain teaching experience in a government higher secondary school environment. Individuals with basic computer knowledge and prior teaching experience at the HSS level will be at an advantage due to career marking criteria.

Candidates unwilling to work on a temporary, contractual basis with a remuneration ceiling of Rs. 20,000 per month should not apply.
