Branch Head & Chief Manager

This role is ideally suited for highly experienced banking professionals with a strong background in branch management. Ideal candidates will possess a First Class Graduate or Postgraduate degree along with an MBA (Finance) or CA qualification, and preferably a CAIIB certification. A minimum of 12 years as an Officer in a reputed bank, including at least 5 years as a Branch Head overseeing significant business and advances portfolios, is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, business development, and team management skills, along with a sound understanding of banking operations and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in the Gujarati language is also a key requirement.

Individuals without substantial and relevant banking experience, specifically those with less than 12 years as an officer or under 5 years as a Branch Head, should not apply. Candidates exceeding the age of 45 years are also not eligible. Lack of the specified educational qualifications (First Class Graduate/Postgraduate AND MBA (Finance)/CA) or inability to read, write, and speak Gujarati will be disqualifying factors.
