Assistant Professor

This role is most suitable for academics with a strong master's degree and a NET/SLET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. (especially from a top-ranked foreign institution or as per UGC regulations) in Management, Psychology, HR, Economics, or related social science fields. Ideal candidates are passionate about teaching, research, and field action in a socially relevant context. Those with prior teaching and/or field practice experience, particularly in Organisation Development, Change Management, and Leadership, will be preferred.

Candidates lacking the essential Master's degree with NET/SLET/SET equivalency or a qualifying Ph.D. are not eligible. Individuals seeking a permanent government position should note this is a contract-based role, initially for one year. Those without a strong commitment to interdisciplinary social science research and teaching, or unwilling to engage in fieldwork and mentorship, might find the environment less suitable.
