The pay scale for Typist Copyists is structured as follows: Rs. 34,100 – 800 – 35,700 – 900 – 39,300 – 1,000 – 43,300 – 1,125 – 47,800 – 1,250 – 52,800 – 1,375 – 58,300 – 1,500 – 64,300 – 1,650 – 67,600.

• Candidates will undergo a skill test involving dictation for 15 minutes in both Kannada and English languages, followed by typing on a machine/computer.
• The skill test is for 100 marks, and candidates must score a minimum of 50 marks in both Kannada and English to qualify.
• A personal interview will also be conducted for 10 marks.

• Candidates must apply online through the official website: https://yadgir.dcourts.gov.in/online-recruitment/.
• Fill in all required information and pay the application fee as per instructions.
• Ensure all details are correct before final submission, as applications cannot be withdrawn or modified later.
• Provide a valid mobile number and email ID for communication.
• Upload a recent passport-size white background photograph (5cm x 3.5cm, max 50KB) and signature (2.5cm x 7.5cm, max 25KB) in JPG format.
• Mandatory documents to upload: SSLC/equivalent certificate for date of birth, Second PUC/equivalent marks card, Junior Grade Typewriting certificates.
• Caste and Income Certificates (if applicable), 371J certificate (if applicable), and other reservation certificates (Rural, Kannada Medium, Disability, Project Displaced, Ex-servicemen) must be uploaded in PDF format and be legible.
• Candidates should keep their application number safe for future reference and regularly visit the district court website for updates.
• Only the latest submitted application will be considered if multiple applications are made.
• In-service candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the office upon selection.
• Bring original documents for verification during the interview. Any discrepancy will lead to disqualification.

Payment must be made online via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI. No other forms of payment like challan, demand draft, postal order, or money order will be accepted. Applications without fee payment will be rejected.
