The Office of the Project Officer-cum-District Welfare Officer, Backward Classes Welfare & Tribal Development in Birbhum operates under the Government of West Bengal. It is responsible for implementing welfare schemes and developmental programs for the backward classes and tribal communities within the district.

Educational Qualification

The candidate must hold a Master's degree in Sanskrit Language / subject from a recognized university.
The candidate must have passed B.Ed.

Age Limit Details

The candidate's age must not exceed 40 years as on 01.12.2025. No details on age relaxation are mentioned in the notification.

A fixed honorarium of Rs. 12,000/- per month will be provided. No other allowances such as TA, DA, or Medical allowance will be given.
