The candidate selected as Diploma Engineering Trainee will have to undergo Two years training during which 1st year the trainee will be paid a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹20,000, 2nd year as advance trainee will be paid a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹23,000.
On successful completion of two years training, the Diploma Engineering Trainee shall be considered for appointment as Supervisor in TS-1 Grade in the scale of pay of ₹28,000-3%-₹1,10,000 and pay fixed at the start of the scale. In addition to Basic Pay, the incumbent shall be eligible for Industrial Dearness Allowance as applicable, HRA @ 9% of Basic pay, Perks upto 35% of Basic Pay, and other benefits viz. New Pension Scheme, Contributory Provident Fund, Accident Insurance coverage, Leave Encashment, Reimbursement of Medical expenses under the Contributory Medical Insurance policy, Performance Payment etc as per the rules of the company.
