This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong academic background in social work, psychology, child development, or law, specifically those with a minimum of three years of experience in child protection or related fields. Candidates must be residents of Darbhanga district and possess a clean ethical and legal record. It suits individuals committed to child welfare and public service on a contractual basis.

Candidates lacking the specified postgraduate or graduate qualifications (with relevant diploma), or without the mandatory three years of experience in relevant sectors, should not apply. Individuals with any past criminal record or who have been dismissed/blacklisted from child welfare organizations are strictly ineligible. Those seeking permanent government employment will find this two-year contractual position unsuitable.

This is a district-level contractual engagement within the District Child Protection Unit, operating under the Collectorate of Darbhanga. While not a permanent government service, it offers valuable hands-on experience in a critical area of social welfare and child protection as per the POCSO Act.
