Sports Coach

Emoluments for the Sports Coach (Part-time, On Contract) are fixed at ₹ 825/- per session of 2.5 hours a day. The work schedule entails 6 days a week, with one daily session of 2.5 hours, and flexible shifts (Morning or Evening).

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria must apply online through the IISER Recruitment portal. The last date to submit online applications is 18-08-2026. Candidates should keep personal details, qualification details, references, experience details, and a soft copy of a passport-size photograph (less than 1 MB) ready before starting the application.

1. Registration:
   • Click on "Register Now to apply" on the IISER Recruitment portal.
   • Enter your email ID and click 'send Email verification code'.
   • Enter the verification code received on your email ID.
   • Set a password as per instructions.
   • Complete your registration by clicking 'Register', which will redirect you to the advertisement page.
2. Application Submission:
   • Proceed to fill the application by clicking 'Apply Now'.
   • If already registered, you can directly 'Login to Apply'.
   • Select the desired post from the dropdown list.
   • Upload your recent passport-size photograph (face must be clearly visible).
   • Complete the application form as per instructions; fields marked with * are mandatory.
   • If your degree name is not listed, select "other" and enter the name manually.
   • Degrees obtained through Distance learning / Correspondence / Part-Time must be approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
   • While entering experience details, provide the full name of the organization and complete designation. For pay scale, enter details as per 6th/7th pay scale, State Govt./PSU scale, or consolidated pay amount as applicable.
   • Incomplete applications or those with inadequate details will not be considered.
   • After successful submission, an auto-generated acknowledgment and a soft copy of the submitted application will be sent to the registered email ID.
   • Only online applications will be considered for the selection process.
   • Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email. Ensure an active email address and mobile number are provided in the application.
   • If called for the selection process, applicants must bring self-attested documents and original documents for verification, including age proof, mark sheets, educational certificates, experience certificates (with designation, pay scale, and duration), other supporting documents, and a 'No Objection Certificate' from the current employer (if applicable).
