Senior Expert & Tea Marketing Expert

This role is ideal for highly experienced, retired executives from either Central/State Government organizations (holding Executive Director equivalent positions) or reputed private sector tea companies (with senior leadership experience). Candidates must possess extensive expertise (25+ years) in tea sales and marketing, strong leadership acumen, and relevant graduate/postgraduate qualifications in management or related fields. Medical fitness is also a key requirement.

Candidates who lack the stipulated 25+ years of senior-level experience in tea sales and marketing, are not retired from the specified organizational tiers (Govt/CPSEs or reputed private tea sector), or are seeking permanent employment should not apply. Those who do not meet the age criteria (maximum 70 years, extendable to 75 in rare cases) or are not medically fit will also not be considered.

As a senior expert position within a Government of India Enterprise, the role offers significant prestige and influence in shaping the Tea Division's strategy. While it is a contractual engagement for an initial one year, it provides an opportunity for seasoned professionals to leverage their vast experience in an advisory capacity.
