Professor, Associate Professor & Other Posts

• Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 14A (Basic Rs. 1,68,900 - 2,20,400) as per 7th CPC.
• Associate Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 13A1 (Basic Rs. 1,38,300 - 2,09,200) as per 7th CPC.
• Assistant Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 12 (Basic Rs. 1,01,500 - 1,67,400) as per 7th CPC.

All posts include usual allowances and Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) for candidates possessing medical qualification. Retired faculty appointed as consultants will receive a fixed consolidated monthly remuneration by deducting basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement, with no annual increment during the contract period.

1. Download Application Forms:
   • Download the Soft Copy of the application form (Appendix-I) from: Application Form Appendix-I
   • Download the career graph form (Appendix-II) in MS Word format from: Career Graph Form Appendix-II. Fill it using Times New Roman, Size-12, and convert it to a PDF file.
   • Download the Presentation in PPT format (Appendix-III) from: Presentation Appendix-III. Fill it and rename the file (e.g., "Manish Khural Assistant Professor Anatomy.pdf").
2. Online Google Form Submission:
   • Submit the Google Form by clicking the link: Google Application Form by 25.08.2026, 05:00 PM.
   • Upload scanned copies of the filled application forms (Appendix-I, II, III), necessary documents, and fee transaction details through this link.
   • Ensure photo and signature are clearly visible; poorly displayed images will lead to application rejection.
3. Offline Hard Copy Submission:
   • After online submission, send a duly filled and signed hard copy of the application (Appendix-I) along with self-attested copies of all relevant certificates (age, qualification, experience, payment proof, caste/EWS/PwBD certificate, NOC, etc.) and a covering letter.
   • The hard copy must reach the following address on or before 31.08.2026, 05:00 PM:

   • The envelope should be super-scribed with “Application for the post of... Department of... for AIIMS, Bilaspur (H.P.)”.
   • Failure to submit the offline application form by the due date may lead to cancellation of candidature.
4. Important Note for Employees: Applicants employed in Central/State Govt./Autonomous Institutions/Statutory organizations/PSUs should route their applications through the proper channel and submit a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC), Vigilance certificate, Integrity certificate & Penalty certificate. An advance copy of the application may be submitted to avoid delays.

• SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Exempted from payment of fee.
• For other categories: Rs. 2,000/- plus 18% GST = ₹ 2,360/-

Application fees must be paid via online NEFT mode only, in favor of ‘Executive Director, AIIMS-Bilaspur’. Applications without fee submission will be rejected. The fee is non-refundable. Proof of payment must be uploaded with the online application and produced at the interview.

No other mode of payment, including UPI, will be accepted.
