Other allowances will be admissible as per Government of India Rules. NPA (Non-Practicing Allowance) is specifically for medically qualified faculty members.

1. Applicants must submit their application in the prescribed form via email to [email protected] on or before the last date of application submission.
2. A signed copy of the original application form, along with self-attested copies of all supporting documents (Qualification, Experience, Medical Council Registration, Age/Date of Birth, Category, NOC, etc.) and a recent passport-size photograph, must be sent through Speed Post/Registered Post.
3. The postal application should be addressed to: The Director, North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS), Director's Administrative Block, Mawdiangdiang, Shillong – 793 018.
4. The envelope should be superscribed with "Application for the Post of ............................ Dept. of ............................".
5. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each.
6. Candidates working in Central/State/UT Government Organizations/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer. Advance copies of applications may be accepted, but the NOC is mandatory at the time of interview.
7. OBC candidates must produce a latest OBC (NCL) certificate valid for the year 2026-27. EWS candidates must have a valid EWS certificate for 2026-27.
