Manager Environment

This role is ideally suited for professionals holding a B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.Sc in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science & Technology, Environmental Engineering & Management, or Climate Science. Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification managerial or advisory experience specifically in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Sustainability, and Environmental Management. Experience with ERP/SAP systems is considered desirable. The ideal candidate will be adept at anticipating regulatory trends, ensuring adherence to sustainability regulations in the shipbuilding and repair industry, and should be prepared for frequent site visits in demanding industrial environments.

Individuals lacking the stipulated minimum 7 years of relevant post-qualification managerial experience in ESG/Sustainability or without the specified technical degrees should not apply. Those who are unable to undertake demanding physical work, including frequent site visits, climbing ladders, and navigating confined spaces, may find this role unsuitable, especially as it has been identified as not conducive for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs).
