Junior Research Fellow

This role is ideal for highly motivated M.E./M.Tech. graduates in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or AI with a strong academic record (first class, min 60% or 6.5 CGPA) who have qualified CSIR-UGC NET or GATE. Candidates with in-depth knowledge of Computer Networks, 5G, Machine Learning, and Object-Oriented Programming, and a keen interest in R&D project work, especially those aspiring to pursue a PhD at NITK, would be particularly well-suited.

Candidates who do not possess the mandatory M.E./M.Tech. qualification or have not qualified CSIR-UGC NET or GATE should not apply. Individuals seeking a permanent government position or those uninterested in contract-based research work will find this role unsuitable. Lack of interest in contributing to a PhD program at NITK might also be a mismatch.
