JNCASR System Administrator Recruitment 2026 (1 Post)

This role is ideal for experienced Linux System Administrators with 2-4 years of hands-on experience, particularly those familiar with HPC clusters and related tools (Slurm/PBS, xCAT). Candidates with a BE/B.Tech in CSE/ECE/EEE/IT and strong shell scripting skills will find this opportunity suitable. Familiarity with networking (InfiniBand, Lustre) and security principles is a definite plus.

This position is not suitable for freshers or candidates without specific experience in Linux system administration and HPC environments. Individuals lacking proficiency in shell scripting and direct experience with cluster management tools should not apply. The contract basis and requirement for relocation may also be a dealbreaker for some.
