IIT Roorkee Recruitment 2025 – Various Assistant Professor Posts

The minimum starting pay for Assistant Professor Grade-II will be fixed at Cell No. 16, Rs. 89,800.

• Fellowship: A fellowship of ₹ 30,000.00 per month for a period of 3 years.
• Traveling Allowance: Reimbursed up to ₹ 1 Lakh (for joining from within India) and up to ₹ 1.5 Lakh (for joining from abroad).
• Residential Accommodation: Unfurnished house within the campus, subject to availability.
• Professional Development Allowance: ₹ 3 Lakhs for 3 years.
• Faculty Initiation Grant: Up to ₹ 20 Lakhs for 3 years, with an additional grant of up to ₹ 2 Lakhs for procuring a laptop, printer, etc.
• Medical and Other Allowances: Includes Medical Attendance, Children Education Allowance, and LTC as per rules.

• Ensure all relevant information and documents, including a valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PD Certificate, are uploaded.
