The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Amritsar is an Institute of National Importance, established as the 15th IIM by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Located in Amritsar, Punjab, it is dedicated to providing high-quality management education and fostering academic excellence.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a two-year post-graduate degree from a UGC/AICTE recognized university or institute.
Specializations accepted include: Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, MBA (OB-HR), MSW, or any related field.
Applicants awaiting final results of their postgraduate degree are also eligible to apply, but must produce all mark sheets at the time of joining.

Age Limit Details

Candidates must not exceed 30 years of age as on the closing date for receipt of the application. Age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories is applicable as per Government of India norms.

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/-. The final amount will depend on the candidate's qualification, experience, and performance in the interview. Other benefits will be provided as per the institute's policy.
