The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Pune is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by an Act of Parliament. It is a premier institution focused on education and research in the field of Information Technology.

Educational Qualification

Option 1: Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Application, or Computer Science.
Option 2: M.E./M.Tech. in the above disciplines with 3 years of research, teaching, and development experience and at least one research paper published in an SCI or SCIE journal.
Note: GATE/NET qualified candidates are preferable.

Desirable: Candidates with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Digital Forensics, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Full-Stack Software Development, and Python will be given preference.

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 58,000/- plus a House Rent Allowance (HRA) of 30%.

Interested and eligible candidates must fill out the online application via the provided Google Form link.
The deadline for submitting the online application is 2nd December 2025, 18:00 Hrs.
Candidates should bring the printed application form along with self-attested copies of all relevant documents (DOB certificate, degree certificates, mark sheets, NET/GATE scorecard, caste certificate, NOC, etc.) for the interview.
Original documents must be presented for verification at the time of the interview.
The interview is scheduled for 5th December 2025, from 10:00 AM onwards in a hybrid mode.
