Graduate Apprentice

Fresh graduates in various engineering and science disciplines, and those with degrees in Arts, Commerce, Library Science, or Business Administration, who are eager to gain practical experience and kickstart their careers in a prestigious defense R&D environment. Candidates must be Indian nationals and have passed their qualifying examination in the last five years, without prior apprenticeship training or extensive job experience.

Individuals with prior apprenticeship training of one year or more, or significant job experience after obtaining their essential qualification should NOT apply. Candidates currently undergoing apprenticeship training or those whose qualifying exam results are not yet declared by the application deadline are also ineligible. This is a one-year training program with no guarantee of permanent employment at HEMRL or DRDO, making it unsuitable for those seeking immediate permanent positions.
