Exposure to biomedical applications and a PhD from institutions of national/international repute are highly valued.

Candidates without a PhD in the specified disciplines or lacking a strong research publication record (minimum two first-author SCI papers) should not apply. Those without specific expertise in surface engineering, micro/nano fabrication, or advanced manufacturing related to laser material processing will also struggle to meet essential requirements.
