Consultant & Civil Engineer

This role is ideal for highly experienced, retired Civil Engineers who have served in Central/State Government, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies. Candidates must possess a minimum of 25 years of experience in the planning, design, execution, construction, monitoring, and supervision of large-scale civil infrastructure projects, with substantial experience at a senior supervisory level (e.g., Superintending Engineer or Chief Engineer equivalent). A strong background in managing institutional or campus development projects and familiarity with EPC/Turnkey contracts, structural design proof-checking, and regulatory liaison are highly beneficial.

This position is not suitable for fresh graduates or candidates lacking extensive experience in government civil engineering roles. Individuals seeking permanent employment, career progression through promotions, or annual salary increments should not apply, as this is a fixed-term contractual advisory role with a consolidated, fixed remuneration. Applicants whose age exceeds 62 years as of the application deadline are also ineligible.
