Assistant Professor & Lecturer

The University reserves the right to offer a position at a lower remuneration if the candidate is otherwise found suitable. Candidates with a Ph.D. in relevant discipline with first class or 60% equivalent at the preceding degree will receive Rs. 90,000/- per month for Assistant Professor (contractual). Candidates with a Master's degree and NET exam will be considered for Assistant Professor-Lower Remuneration at Rs. 75,000/- per month. Master's degree holders without NET (if NET is not conducted in the subject) will be considered for Lecturer at Rs. 68,000/- per month.

Interested and eligible candidates must follow these steps:

1. Visit the payment link: https://rzp.io/rzp/NFSU_BBS_Con_Fac_2026 to pay the application fee. The standard payment amount is Rs. 250. For payments of Rs. 500 or more, the candidate should change the quantity accordingly.

3. Candidates must appear for a physical interview at the NFSU, Bhubaneswar Campus on June 29, 2026, or June 30, 2026.
4. At the time of interview, candidates must bring two sets of self-attested photocopies of all supporting documents (degree, mark sheets, experience certificates, age proof, etc.) for verification to the Recruitment Cell and interview panel. Original certificates/documents are also required for verification, failing which candidature will be cancelled.
5. If pursuing a full-time Ph.D., candidates must furnish a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and prior approval from the Head of the Institution.

• General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 500/-
• SC/ST/PwD: Rs. 250/-

The fee is applicable per candidate, per domain/specialization. If a candidate applies for multiple domains, the fee will be multiplied accordingly (e.g., 2 specializations for a General Candidate would cost Rs. 1000/-).
