• Remuneration will be payable based on the last pay certificate from the candidate's previous Government Organisation.
• In the event of an engagement extension, the remuneration for the extended period will be increased annually by 5% on the last drawn remuneration (excluding conveyance component).
• Additional relevant experience from other organizations can be considered to enhance the last drawn pay by an additional 5% per year.
• Conveyance Allowance: BEL will make transport arrangements; if a company car is not utilized, conveyance reimbursement will be Rs. 8,000/- per month.
• TA/DA: Advisors are entitled to TA/DA for official journeys within India as per their grade (equivalent to BEL scale of pay) at the time of superannuation.

• Self-attested copies of Educational Qualification Certificates (10th/12th/Graduation/PostGraduation/B.E/B.Tech/LLB/M.E/M.Tech/PhD).
• Self-attested copies of Mark sheets (10th/12th/Graduation/Post Graduation/B.E/B.Tech/LLB/M.E/M.Tech/PhD).
• Self-attested copies of Experience certificate from respective employers.
• Last drawn pay certificate.
• Undertaking for Police verification (format available on BEL website).
• "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE" from current employers (if applicable).
